Mindfulness in Action: AT for Yoga Series The holidays can be busy and stressful. Carve out some time for yourself with this 5-week mini-series. Each class we’ll apply Alexander Technique thinking to our Yoga Practice – breaking down asanas and the transitions between them and then building a movement series you can work on on your own. This class promises to deepen your practice and leave you feeling calm and centered and ready to take on the holidays.

Alexander Technique Reading Group:   Join Amanda MacDonald and Senior teacher Beret Arcaya for reading, conversation, and community.

Each Friday we read together from F.M. Alexander’s books and discuss how his words have meaning for us today. We are currently reading “Conscious Constructive Control of the Individual.”

NO BOOK NECESSARY. Excerpts will be read out loud as part of the gathering.

One registration includes the ENTIRE MONTH of Friday gatherings, PLUS membership in our private Facebook group. If you miss a week, you will have access to the class recording.
